Learn how to permanently delete your Pluga account and remove all your data, automations, and connected accounts from the system.
This option allows you to delete your Pluga account, along with the data linked to it: automations, events, and connected accounts. In addition, deleting your account also removes your email from marketing email flows.
Warning: this action is irreversible. By deleting your account, all data will be permanently removed.
How to permanently delete your Pluga account
Follow the step-by-step guide below to permanently remove your account and all associated data:
1. Access the My Account section in the Pluga dashboard
First, go to your Pluga dashboard → My Account:
2. Click on the Advanced option
Then, click on "Advanced" on the left side of the screen:
3. Select Delete account permanently
Then, click on "Delete account":
4. Read the notice about data removal
After clicking "Delete account", a small screen will appear explaining everything that will happen if you proceed with the permanent removal of your account:
5. Confirm account deletion
If you wish to continue with this process, click "Continue" and then enter your registered email and type, in uppercase, "DELETE MY ACCOUNT":
6. Complete the process
After clicking "Delete my account", if the data was entered correctly, you will receive a success message in the dashboard itself and will be redirected to our website https://pluga.co/en
Important information about data retention
It is important to note that Pluga reserves the right to retain certain data, such as invoices issued, for compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
Therefore, even after the definitive deletion of the account, Pluga may retain personal data required or permitted by law, for as long as necessary to fulfill its obligations.
