What do the different event status mean?

Success

Data has been successfully transferred from App A to App B

Processing...

Pluga is still processing the event (this is a temporary status, usually within the standard 15-minute default delay for data transfer).

Failed!

For some reason, data was not transferred from App A to App B. Failure is usually an error returned by the target app when there is incorrect or missing information. Learn how to resubmit failed events by clicking here.

Held

Your account has reached the maximum number of events for your plan and those captured after that are saved in the dashboard. You can resend these events after performing an upgrade or wait for the start of the next billing cycle when your events will be renewed. In either case, resending them is manual. Keep in mind: You have up to 90 days to resend them. After that they will be deleted. Learn more here.

Scheduled

The amount of events sent simultaneously has reached the maximum amount allowed by the target app. In these cases you need to wait for the time interval required by the target app to avoid overloading the partner API. After this time a new attempt will automatically be made to process the events. Those with a "Scheduled" status have already been captured by Pluga and are automatically allocated to the queue to be reprocessed as soon as possible.
