How to resend a held event

To resend a saved event, there are two ways.

1. Access your Pluga dashboard > "My Automations";

2. Click on “Resend Now” above your automation;

   

3. Select the events individually or in batch and click on “Resend events”.

   

Or:

1. Access your Pluga dashboard > "My Automations" > “History (Log)”;

   

2. Filter by events with the status “Held”;

   

3. Select the events individually or in batch and click on “Resend events”.

   

If you no longer have events available in your plan for this cycle, you can do an upgrade and immediately increase your monthly event limit, or wait for the next cycle to resend them.
